Step 1:	Find the number of open parking spots on the second level. 54 + 3 = 57
Step 2:	Find the number of open parking spots on the third level. 57 + 4 = 61
Step 3:	Find the total number of open parking spots. 54 + 57 + 61 + 32 = 204
